Excellence in Internship Programming

Interns have a virtual networking event before they start so they can connect and get an overview of the company. There is a two day intern specific onboarding session ran by the university recruiting team. Additionally, they go through a professional development session every Monday to focus on resume building, team building, a team player book reading assignment with action plan, along with job planning, owning your career, financial fiduciary advice from Fidelity, and final presentations. Interns are assigned mentors and have multiple fun networking events during the summer to build their team dynamic. There are also senior executive panels, and small round tables for a larger mentoring efforts.
